Candidate Profile
Diploma in Garment Merchandising / Production from reputed
institute (NIFT/PEARL). Detail Oriented, with sharp analytical
skills with effective communication skills. Responsible and
accountable.
Job Description
Self–starters having good understanding of fabric, garment
construction, understanding of fashion, product knowledge,
and hands-on experience of garment merchandising. Capable
of handling Buyers/Buying Agents business independently, should
be able to handle all activities of the program from concept
to stores – enquiry processing, sampling, costing, buyer
coordination, consumptions, material ordering, pre–production,
production and post production monitoring.
Minimum Experience
4 years of garment merchandising experience, Location: Gurgaon-Haryana,
Salary: as per best industry standards.
Candidate profile
Garment Production graduates from reputed institutes with hands
on experience of setting up / running garment production units.
Should be hard-working and must be able to handle independently
in-house production Fabricators, Embroiderers, In-house finishing
and buying office inspections with the help of a professional
team. Technically strong in production processes and machinery
with excellent interpersonal /manpower skills.
Job Description
Setting and running production lines, flows, systems and processes.
Working out Machinery and attachment requirements and responsible
for their optimum utilsation. Undertaking Garment engineering,
T & M studies, training programmes and incentive packages.
Responsible and accountable for pre determined targets.

Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for developing new ranges,
concepts, prints, designs. Should have knowledge of fabric sourcing,
accessories etc. Will also be responsible for developing samples
in co-ordination with the sampling section. Creation, Conceptualization
and Design of new Product Lines in view of the current Fashion
Trends.
• Should be efficient in Product Development
• Should be able to represent the Company at Buyer-Seller
meets
• Should have knowledge of European and American Markets
in respect
of fashion trends.
• Should be creative, innovative with a keen eye for improvisation.
Candidate profile
Must have a Degree/Diploma in Fashion Designing from NIFT/PEARL.
Should have good communication and presentation skills. Good
knowledge of MS Office, photoshop, coral draw and Internet applications
is a must. Candidates with prior experience in similar post
or already in such area of expertise would be preferred.

Preferred age 23-24yrs. Sampling follow up, Fit cycle follow
up, Maintaining and updating record etc. Exp in wovens as well
as knits is necessary. Heading a sampling unit independently,
timely delivery of samples, maintaining quality, new product
development.
Candidate profile
Should be technically qualified, should be able to control a
independent sampling unit, should have good technical knowledge
on wovens especially men's shirts, have good communication skills
and be computer literate.
